Gramma & Papa's visit
It started out good, and ended with a bang! Any time with Gramma & Papa is good, no matter how sick we were. Just wished that we could've done without the sickness part. We were able to fit in some fun stuff during the early days of the visit, pre-virus.

Yuck
The stink cloud of viral illness has been hovering over 17002 lazy elm ct for the past few days. It hit Milo Tuesday at 5:30 am, I followed suit an hour later, David three hours later, and my Dad 24 hours later. Thankfully my Mom hasn't been hit. Good thing is we're all on the mend.
This was Milo's 1st real illness. He's had a snotty nose before, but nothing like this. Poor peanut had no clue about the joys of vomiting and diarrhea. He lost a 1/2 lb in 24hrs, David lost 4.
So glad my Parents were here to take care of us. No way we could've done it without them. My Mom did at least 7 loads of vomit soaked laundry Tuesday, while my Dad ran for Pedialyte, Popsicles, jello and Sprite. He was also able to chauffeur us to the Pediatrician before the funk hit him. Fun stuff. At least they're not in below zero temps with a foot of snow :)

15 Month Update
More like 15 Month, 2 weeks (+) update. Anywho, here's Milo's latest stats:
Height 32 inches, 75th percentile
Weight 20 lbs 15 oz, 5-10th percentile
Top 3 favorite foods: ice cream, mexican rice with refried beans, oranges
Vocabulary: These are the words he routinely uses, they may not sound exactly like they should... but he gets the point across. Momma, Daddy, Gramma, Papa, Simone, Krissy, more, hot, out, up, ding ding ding, ah ah ahhh, grrrrr, ball, mmmm. He does his best at trying to repeat anything you throw at him, if he doesn't want to he'll say " ah ah ahhh", his version of no.
Toys: Loves any and every toy. Anything with wheels. Right now he's really into Hotwheels... they go fast, and they make great teething toys. Also loves anything that makes noise, the boy loves to dance. There isn't much he doesn't like.
Likes: Watching the garbage men, watching cars and trucks go by, Simone, story time at the Library, being outside, playing on the playground, the sound his shoes make on the tile floor, being silly, making fart noises, playing with his buddies, the remote control.
Dislikes: Being still.
