Fall fun

Milo had a costume carnival at The Little Gym. He sported his turtle costume, and looked pretty stinking cute! Mamma sported the faux fur kitty costume, and looked pretty silly. Milo loved it though, he thought I was funny :)

Some pictures from Grandmother Carol and Grandpa Jr's visit. Milo had a great time with his Grandparents. He was able to show his own turf! Milo took his Grandmother to the library, the Little Gym, and a couple of parks... all of his favorite things. Milo and Grandpa hung out and worked on the alphabet, played and played. The happy birthday banner was the tool, along with Grandpa's laptop. Milo still talks about the visit. He ended up with a very special yellow flashlight. When ever he gets a hold of it, he talks about "Papa JR". When he sees pictures from the visit, he is still very concerned over his Grandmother's scraped knee..."big boo-boo". He has quite a memory and sense of compassion!

New shoes, purple shoes

Milo and I had a trip to the mall today. We were on a mission for new shoes. Part of Milo's birthday gift from Grandmother Carol and Grandpa JR was funds for a new set of kicks. The timing couldn't have been any better! I do believe the little man has hit a growth spurt, at least his feet have.

Milo had to have been the happiest child in the mall. His favorite color is purple, and guess what we found?! He hasn't stopped smiling, and talking about his "new shoes, purple shoes".

Milo hasn't taken the shoes off yet today. He took a nap with them on, and went to bed with them on (I slipped them off when he fell asleep)

Here is Milo running around the kitchen (because his new shoes made him run fast!)proud as can be of his purple shoes.

Milo and his latest tricks

Some of Milo's favorites: Playing an ABC game on the computer, the color purple, smiley faces, and trucks. It's hard to video him anymore, he loves to see himself in the camera... so I turn the screen so that he can watch while I film him. What a ham! Here is a bit of video capturing some of his recent favorites.
