Bath time

Stinky boy loves his bath time. His legs are going all of the time... whether it's in the jumpy chair, or splashing in the tub. He's my little Mexican jumping bean. Maybe it's a result of all of the Chipotle I ate during my pregnancy.

6 month check up

Milo is a bit exhausted after his check up today. He came home with a clean bill of health, and a couple of Daffy duck band-aids. It doesn't matter how cute the band-aids are, the vaccinations were still no fun!

Milo's latest stats are as follows:

Height: 26 1/2 inches
Weight: 14 lbs. 2 oz

We will be adding fruit to his menu this month. Next month meat.

Spring break 2008

Party! Milo had a wonderful spring break. I don't know what the break was from, his daily grind is quite the life as it is. Really it was a spring break for Mom. Uncle Steven, Aunt Jennifer, and cousins Madaline, Delaney, and Hannah flew in for spring break/ Easter. I forgot what it was like to feed, bathe, and dress the little man. The only thing I had to do was take care of the milk supply, and stinky diapers. Other than that, Milo was well taken care of by the troops. He was loving every minute with his cousins, Auntie and Uncle, as was I. Milo experienced his first trip to the beach with his cousins. It was a bit chilly in Galveston, but still a pretty day. He also spent his 1st Easter, and his 6 month birthday with his cousins. Lots of firsts!

Milo loves his doggie, and Simone loves Milo. She tries her best to lick him every chance she gets.

Easter present

Milo's first attempt at unwrapping a present (an early Easter gift from Gramma & Papa). The wrapping seemed to catch his attention more than the present.

Milo's trip to the Vet

Don't worry, Milo doesn't have parvo or kennel cough. Just the mange. Only kidding ;) Milo is in fine health, as well as Simone. Milo tagged along with Mom, taking Simone in for her yearly checkup/ vaccinations. Simone was a brave little girl, and behaved very well. Simone got a clean bill of health, and lots of treats. Milo was a ham, and enjoyed all of the extra attention from the vet. techs.

I don't like this kind of rain

It was a beautiful evening, a breezy 62 degrees... So the family headed out for a walk. A few minutes into the walk I noticed a big bug on Milo's blankie. When I went to flick it off, I realized that it wasn't a bug. A bird POOPED on Milo. I guess the birds are retaliating for all of the chasing that Simone does. Maybe they were aiming at Simone and missed! Luckily the poo was only on the blankie, and Dad took care of that.

Milo likes the ladies

Today was Patti's baby shower, hosted at our house. Milo napped for the first half of the shower, and for the second half enjoyed being passed around. He was in awe of all of the ladies!

Milo meets the Easter bunny

Milo met the Easter bunny today! He was more interested in the traffic of the mall, rather than the bunny. None the less, he was a good boy!
