Mallory the monkey brings out the giggles

Someone had a case of the giggles. Milo was spending some quality time with Grandpa JR and Daddy. One of Milo's favorite toys, Mallory the monkey became a bit more animated with Daddy's help.

Run Forrest, run!

Milo has been frequenting the walker quite often. He seems to like it, scooting around a bit in the house... well he loved it outside. Give him a pair of shoes, and a backyard made of brick, and watch out. Grandmother Carol, Milo and I enjoyed a beautiful morning outside while Grandpa JR and Dad played at Texas World Speedway.
Just for fun... a staring contest with Monie.

Play 04-19-08

Milo, David, and Simone are all sleeping... I'm not. Two out of the three (David & Simone) are snoring. So not fair. So here goes a little late night/ early morning posting. Oh, I will be in a world of hurt tomorrow for this lack of sleep tonight! Anyhow, here's a video of Milo and David. Milo loves this cat toy that David's Uncle Stephen gave him for Christmas. Dave loves taunting Milo, and gets some pretty good reactions from it. They make quite the duo.

Milo and John Michael

We all headed over to Dustin & Patti's this afternoon to see the baby. John Michael is 6 days old. Milo isn't quite sure what to think. He definitely doesn't like it when his new friend cries. Milo fell asleep on my lap, and then Dave handed John Michael to me for a few photos. I figured we'd rarely see the boys this still and quiet at the same time.

Playtime

Here are some playtime pics. of Milo. These were taken last night, and this morning. I'm loving his big boy outfit so much, I put it on him 2 days in a row.

Fighting for Doritos

Milo loves spending time with his Daddy, especially when he has the Dorito bag. I think the little squawk box is trying to tell David to give him a Dorito. He's quite the determined one.

I had a huge headache this evening, and the only remedy was a dose of caffeine. Diet Coke did the trick for me. As for Milo, well, you can see the effects. Maybe that's it, he just wanted some Doritos to go along with his Diet Coke. It makes for a great late night snack. Or maybe he's just trying to tell us we opened the wrong end of the bag.

Milo is looking especially cute here, in one of his new outfits from Grandmother Carol.

Here's a photo not too long after. Fighting for Doritos appears to be exhausting work.

Milo vs. the mobile

Give him a little sleep, and see how mischevious he can get. This is Milo after a power nap , attacking his mobile.

Best Friend

A little late night/ early morning composition. Milo and Monie, best friends. I don't know if it's the lack of sleep, hormones, or what... but this brings a tear to my blurry eyes. My precious angels!
